BSC to Dfinity
1. The users cross-chain IICP to Dfinity, which means burning IICP and redeeming Dfinity-ICP
2. The node will verify if there is a valid deposit from Wrapping Contract, if 3 or 3 more nodes get through verification, Staking Contract will operate Unstake and transfer ICP to users’ address on Dfinity.
